1. Key target carrying role for software solution sales, primarily in Domestic and also in International Market - for enterprise solutions and projects business.
2. Responsible for Business Development - to map and penetrate large new logo accounts
3. Responsible for new business development through a solutioning approach by pitching Integrated Business Solutioning capabilities and capturing and understanding the business case and requirements to propose the right solution
4. Responsible for interactions with CXO level client contacts to take the sales process to closure
5. Sales Cycle Management - Working directly to generate leads and convert business from large account prospects - through the entire Sales Cycle to Closure
6. Creating and reporting on the Sales Funnel - with clear understanding of customers' evaluation and buying process to assess each case at the appropriate funnel stage
7. Coordination with the Customer & pre-sales/solutioning, delivery and support teams
8. Responsible for making presentation,
9. Negotiate and constructively managing conflicts; effective relationship management and communication skills
10. Building long term relationship with the existing & new Customers
1. Knowledge of the ERP / DMS Sales.
2. Should have exposure and knowledge of the target market in the region.
3. Must have thorough knowledge of business processes and business problems with the ability to create and articulate solutions.
4. Should have license sales experience to major automotive companies, general engineering and industrial equipment sector.
5. Achieve personal sales quotas, team sales quota for the Country.
6. Well organized, self-motivated with a proven track record of success in new business sales..
7. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
