Excellon Software Private Limited announced the launch of its new enterprise mobility suite for OEMs and Dealers. Excellon Connect empowers OEMs and Dealers to provide a mobility solution for each customer touch point that would help manage and enhance vehicle buying and servicing experience.
The features of the application include a product catalogue that lets prospects explore various features of the vehicle, pictures, videos and expert reviews, customer can go on to book the vehicle using the integrated payment gateway. On service front, customers can make service appointment, with a request to scheduling pick up and drop, tracking previous and current service details and pay the service bill online. The app also has rich user experience for announcing new deals and for soliciting feedback and suggestions.
